If you received notice, you may be eligible to receive a portion of the settlement funds (1) if you are female and (2) you applied for laborer positions through one of several staffing agencies TCI utilized to hire laborers between August 1, 2020, and June 22, 2026, but (3) were not informed about available laborer positions at TCI.
If you are a potential Class Member and wish to receive Settlement Benefits then you must submit a Questionnaire by January 1, 2027.
If you need to complete this questionnaire on behalf of a potential class member because the individual is deceased or because of some other reason, please contact the Claims Administrator Simpluris by email at info@EEOCTCISettlement.com, or by phone at (833) 200-6777 for further information and instructions.
To start your online Questionnaire, you must login with your LoginID and PIN. You can find your LoginID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID and PIN, please contact us by emailing info@EEOCTCISettlement.com. Please request your LoginID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
The deadline to submit a Questionnaire online is January 1, 2027. If you are mailing your Questionnaire, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than January 1, 2027.
